I've been involved with the real estate industry since 2005 and have addressed all aspects of it, including market research - that is, what is the value of your home based on the previous sales in your neighborhood - This is more of an art, not an exact science. Analyzing your home and how it compares to those that have sold recently is a very important step in listing your home or determining whether the price is competitive for your purchase.
I've spent most of my career coming up with new and innovative ideas and turning them into commercial products and services. This meant successfully collaborating with many internal teams as well as outside entities to make the new services come together. Real Estate requires similar collaboration with buyers, sellers, seller agents, buyer agents, mortgage lenders and title companies all expecting to collaborate to assure a successful transaction for the client. I have the skills and background to do just that. To that end, I obtained my real estate License in 2013 and continue to support Selling Loudoun clients.
